If you already have an item, send the product details and photographs of the fitting location. If not, explain the finish or result you want so material responsibility can be agreed with the work.
Gas work, major electrical work, structural alterations and other regulated or specialist tasks should be handled by the appropriate qualified trade.
Photograph the whole wall, the item, its proposed position and any existing holes or fittings. Mention the wall type and product dimensions if known.
Parking, floor or lift position, occupancy and who will meet the visit are all helpful. Do not send alarm, key-safe or building-entry codes.
